Philadelphia recently saw two weekends of similar behavior by yoots, set up 'flash-mob'style, i.e the dramatis personae check a social networking site for time and place and all show up to raise hell, a la Florence and Normandy.
In South Africa, new cars can be equipped with flame throwers. I used to think that was a bit over the top. Now, I'm not so sure.
