And if he chooses to declare martial law, any organization which supports same had better understand that EVERY ONE of their members, and EVERY ONE of their members' families, are targets. Anywhere. Any time. Any way. I expect the government to dispatch units from OUTSIDE the affected areas, to prevent the quandary of them having to fire on friends and relatives. But they had better understand those they leave behind will pay for their treason.
