How did 10,000 Gestapo agents control 40 million plus citizens and millions more in the Greater German Reich? It was easy. They paid and protected around 5 million snitches. The myth of the Gestapo being "everywhere" was something they perpetrated in the newspapers, and the snitches made it a reality. The Obongo Administration must be laughing their asses off at how easy this will be for them.
