Apparently… because I remember reading about this exact issue something like four years ago. EPA got their ass in a crack by claiming on the one hand that small particles were extraordinarily deadly, and on the other hand by experimenting with small particles on human subjects. And for all that’s happened on this subject in the past four years, they might as well have just been charged with contempt of congress, or something trivial like that.
P.S.: Blogger's captcha still sucks. I just got hit with EIGHT successive “street signs” and TWO successive “mountains” just to make one comment. Other blogs let me through with one, maybe two at the most challenges. Do you have this thing cranked up to 11 or something?
