Hypothetically, if blacks are 13% of,the population and 50%+ of the murders, murderers (and murdered) maybe .gov should ban blacks from having guns till they get their murder problem under control.

Blacks would still benefit from the "300 million" guns in circulation - or do we just want to ban guns of white,people? Or how about banning guns from any person with a net worth over 10k?
