Outright "bans" haven't worked, either. It's time to ditch "gun control", and stop wasting taxpayer money for the purposes of taxpayer harassment. It's not good business to harass the customer, and the fees and appropriations that go toward registration, permits and other nonsense are nothing more than harassment taxes.
