A lot of it is going to depend on how soon they make it apply to everyone on the sex offender list. I am of the firm opinion that rapist and child molesters should be hung by the neck until dead, these lists are bloated with people who are no danger to anyone. The drunk college kid caught peeing in an alley. The 18yo having sex with his 16 yo girlfriend.
