Seems like the big chain stores never seem to have any problems with the ATF in any way. At an ATF record keeping seminar not long ago most of the attendees were Wal Mart employees. You could tell by the questions they asked that most didn't have a clue as to what they were doing. I've seen the quality of help at most of these chain stores and most don't know which end is up on a 4473 form. Too many of them that are in charge of the firearms department would forget their own name if they couldn't look at their name tag. I know these stores have to have gargantuan record keeping mistakes. Is the ATF leaving them for last, do the big stores have the funds and the will to fight the legal battle, is there money changing hands under the table, or is there something else going on?
