The SCOTUS has already declared the 14th Amendment unconstitutional. It follows that the gang of nine will probably judicially amend the 2nd as well.

The SCOTUS used to be rightly accused of legislating from the bench. What has been overlooked is that they have also taken it upon themselves to ratify amendments to the Constitution and to declare portions of the Constitution unconstitutional. Of course this has all been done in the good intentioned pursuit of "Reasonableness".

Of course, at one time it was perfectly "reasonable" and legal to kill millions of Jews, Gypsies, and homosexuals.
