haha! as for the man himself, it's already been thrown into question just what value there is to the idae that hamas is a "terrorist" organization -- and fundraising for them is exactly what kind of crime? is that like how the FBI keeps the aryan nation alive by funding it? hamas does a lot of things with money other than get elected to the PNA by palestinians, but those decisions are made by hamas and not their endowment. besides, "potentially identified" as being part of the muslim brotherhood is just conflationary. i've seen government lawyers draw up stupider lists than some kind of smear document about "unindicted co-conspirators" before. they'll take all the cases they can get.
the ridiculous ineptitude of the ISP is what is on show here, not some caricature of islam. if you believe that, i could probably swing by the state prison and find some rapists who want to "love" your wives and daughters.
