I guess watching the TSA as they rifle through your belonging to make sure nothing gets "lost" is "interfering with a federal agent" and "refusing to cooperate," and bouncing when you're thrown across a room is "obstructing justice."
I'm glad I looked up Urbina as suggested. I almost emailed the wrong agency. It's the DC Metro AIRPORT Police. I would have thought Ultimate Fighting Championship Inc.
