Most of the arrests here are over drugs and drug-related violence. Keeps that statist bureaucracy just humming along.
The mayor's daughters have been witnessed using marijuana at parties. Think maybe THEIR suppliers are exempt?
And Gov. Timmy "Million Moms" Kaine is cutting the schools budget but giving more to law enforcement, I understand. Wanted: ignorant amoral people to commit crime for fun and profit. Apply anywhere.
