Very lucid analysis. If the FBI tampered with evidence to avoid disclosing the fact that the FBI and DEA knew about the criminal "rip crew" activity taking place that evening, but didn't tell Border Patrol about it (thereby allowing Terry et al to walk into it), this is a full-scale scandal unto itself.
