Been the best, still the best, always will be the best? Well, maybe not. It usually doesn't work that way. Not too long ago, the greatest retailer in the world was The Great Atlantic & Pacific Tea Company. They rested on their accomplishments when they shouldn't have. You might still have an A&P Supermarket somewhere in your neighborhood. They got replaced by an outfit called Sears, Roebuck & Company. If you hurry, you might get to your local Sears store one more time before it is gone forever. Moral is, what you did yesterday isn't necessarily going to be enough to get you through tomorrow. Want proof? What state was the site of the Battles of Lexington and Concord? Any bets on how many of their descendants would answer the call to arms today?
