I am known to house train puppies with a folded magazine. A quick swat makes a loud noise but doesn't actually cause any injury, just a lasting impression.
I wish I had a similar technique for training the fools like Mr. Feiger who "know" all about the Second Amendment but at the drop of a hat prove they really don't.
