I filled out a tech support ticket complaining about that several days ago. Examiner.com assured me the problem has been fixed and closed the ticket. You're not the only person who has told me they also get "not found" messages--the "solution" is to keep trying, as if most people have the time or inclination. I'll ding 'em again.
