Isn't this the exact problem the founders foresaw when they made preparations for a militia of free men?
Should this not be taken to that level of resistance, instead of court? Or are really as harmless as they claim?
Of course, the absence of armed resistance should, for any reasonable jury, kill any chance of a government win. Shouldn't it?
