While some are bemoaning the loss of Wal Mart as a source of guns, if they cannot guarantee compliance with every detail of federal regulations on every sale they could be risking their FFL in one or perhaps many stores. BATF is not known for tolerance of even the slightest deviation from their rules. That is a serious business risk, and one that calls for caution until Wal Mart can be sure that it will fully comply with all rules for every sale.
