Do you need help reading the report? It appears that Citywide crime is down overall with the exception of Burglaries and Larcenies. It looks like that increase is being driven almost equally by burglary increases North District (30%)and Central District (37%)
Are you trying to say they are posting false numbers? What would you base your information on .I would find that hard to believe

And do you think those numbers can be sustained if we keep ignoring attrition and delaying hiring new officers? And the fire department isn't going to be turned around over night after years of poor leadership, but I am optimistic it is changing
