Yes, I ran into StartPR too. The offering is limited in what it searches. They most recently integrated Twitter to their search results, hopefully they will continue adding new searches. There is a free basic service, which is always nice.
I will be doing a blog on it through todaysbesttools.com on Tuesday. You most likely have heard of radian6 and trackr, they are paid services but offer "reputation management" services as well.
These are great tools for people who don't like to mess with RSS.
