I think I connect the idea of saving time with the notion of efficiency. Like for when I need to study, I know I need to place myself in an environment where I will be more able to focus and just simply get the work done. If I am not in the right environment (usually a library) then I find myself wasting time, avoiding work.

We hope nobody's forgotten that this weekend is Daylight Savings Time! As you spring the hour hand on your clock forward, think about the ways you could be saving time every day.
