I suppose Diveroli could just always be the lowest bidder on account of his selling utter crap and keeping overhead down (inflatable furniture?).

However, I suspect something more here. Something like... bribery.

I dont think its bribery. More likely its a just a example of how clueless, disconnected and beauracratic the USG is.

Shells are perfectly legal instruments. This is capitalism. Deal with it.

I am beginning to think that capitalists are necessary tools, like attack dogs. And, like attack dogs, they must be chained. Sometimes, when they behave badly, they must be whipped.

And rarely, they must be put down. Rarely, but it happens.
