The highly technical approach to immigration will never work to limit it. Either a nation exists for a particular people, or it doesn't exist as a country. Period.

It should be abundantly clear to everyone that these are white Chechens.

"As I mentioned before, you know how Congress created the National Transportation Safety Board to investigate airliner crashes because the FAA was too much in bed with the airlines? We need a National Immigration Safety Board to investigate immigrant screw-ups to shine a spotlight on what went wrong."

It'll never happen- there's too much benefit for both sides

Dems- votes! people dependent on the state!

Republicans- cheap labor! a chance to show we like brown people and the poor!

Anyway, not sure that we want Obama creating yet another regulatory board, division, czar, etc beholden to leftist ideology and blowing billions. That being said, I'm sure at this point, they have a board whose job is thinking up new boards and their justification all day long.

Anon 4:43, it's not about skin tone, it's about the belief in a violent, misogynistic 7th century ideology.

What's going to be fun is when it comes out that they were fast-tracked into the US because of their "oppressed minority" status!

marco....

how do the Swiss manage with such a high immigrant population as a percentage of their country?

Technical approaches can work if they are structured right and a country is disciplined about it.

'Murkans are neither however.
