I am tearing up. I really am. Why do they grow up so fast. He is so big and now he has a little boy haircut. I keep hoping Josh's hair will get longer and curlier. So far we have a few longer hairs that kind of curl in the back. Mostly he just needs a haircut too, but I can't do it. I miss you guys and I can't wait to get out there to see you.

Wish you were coming so we could see zack's new haircut in person. We will miss you and the kids, Em. It really is so hard to commit to that first baby haircut! You should she my neighbor's little boy. She just can't do it yet either and he is 19 months old. Zack looks so cute though with his big boy hair.
I can't believe how grown up he looks with that hair cut. I am proud of you for not crying hysterically. Kay got a "hair cut" while we were in Utah. My sister-in-law took off maybe a half an inch because I was afraid I was going to loss it if she took off any more than that. Zacky is adorable with that hair cut, but maybe you could let that curly hair grow out again before you cut his hair again.
I can't belive his curls are gone. I would give anything for my boys to have my curly hair! I feel your pain for crying though...I always cry at first hair cuts too!

Zack needed a haircut.
[Image] It's been a few months now that we've been talking about it but I just wasn't ready to cut those soft curls off...
[Image] ...until today.
[Image] Johnny was an expert barber. We were worried Zack might freak out a little bit but he did AWESOME! The only person who cried was... you guessed it, ME!!
When those long curls started falling into my lap I just couldn't help it. Then when my baby boy turned around and looked at me he just looked like such a little boy...
[Image] And, he got a real kick out of Johnny vacuuming the hair off of him!
