Oh yay! I'm excited for your 12 days of Christmas! (I think there's still 13 though... I may be wrong but we've been counting down at school and that's what we wrote down today... lucky for me if I'm wrong I can fudge it and they will never notice!) Anyway, I was just telling Nick today that I'm glad you put Lila in preschool. It will be good for her to have interactions with the other kids her age. I love hearing stories about your family and I'm excited to hear more about your lives!!!! Love you guys and miss you tons!
The Russes gave to me… It’s been a crazy year here in the Russ house. We’ve had good intentions of keeping up with our blog but we’ve let a few things fall through the cracks. So this year (instead of a Christmas card) we’re giving you 12 straight days of Russ blog catch up. We’re sifting through our blog and giving you all the posts we started and never finished. And this isn’t even all of them… Merry Christmas! Since today is the “first day” of Christmas I decided to start out with Lila’s FIRST DAY of school (yes, back in September!) She goes with some friends from our ward. She doesn’t start kindergarten for another 2 years but here in New England EVERYONE goes to preschool for at least a year or two. We got her into a FREE program so I decided to let her go. She was thrilled. [Image] [Image] Here she is with her cute friend Avery outside her “school” (the school is in the basement of a church). After she’d been going to school for a few days she was talking about some of her “best friends” at school. I asked their names and she said, “We’re still working on that!”

How cute! Sadie's in preschool this year too, and needless to say we are both loving those Tuesday and Thursday mornings!
