I love my job too! I couldn't have said all of that better. Being a mom is so worth it.

I agree with this, Em. It couldn't have come at a better time for me. I have been trying all day to get my house cleaned up so when Nick comes home he will have a nice clean home but there is so much to do. Laundry, dishes, cleaning up stuff, etc. I am trying to have dinner ready when he gets home too. As I have tried to think of my job as a "stay at home mom" (besides when I work in the morning), and trying to decide on a cleaning schedule or something, I realize that no matter how clean or dirty my house is, it is a place where I love to be because this is where we live and this is where we are making memories. This is where my (not so) teeny tiny baby came for the first time and where we have watched him grow.
This is where the people I love are and that's what makes it home.
Anyway, thanks for the reminder that I am important and I better make this a good home because I am a home-maker too. Love ya.

I always put "Mom" as my occupation on all papers! It's the most important "job" we'll ever have, I don't realize that enough.
