I never jumped on the Cooper bandwagon, not for 'The Hangover' nor for 'The A-Team' so I have little interest in the film. The premise sounds really good, but the trailer made it seem as though it was going to follow some typical thriller tropes. I'm still debating whether to see this or not.

"A summer sleeper which just happens to have opened a few months early, Limitless overcomes its defects through sheer exuberance." This is well said and I agree. I had wanted to see this on the weekend but didn't have the time. Just got home from seeing it. Well, there's not much competition out there, but this was the most enjoyable new release I've seen this year, and it's the 10th one I've seen. Great cinematography, it moves along expeditiously, De Niro is not foolish, and Cooper was appealing.

Yeah, I agree with you on nearly all counts, Hokahey. One question, though, since you said this is the most enjoyable new release you've seen this year, have you seen RANGO? If so, did you dislike it? Because so far, that movie is the frontrunner of the year, by far.
