Favourite: Solitary or form groups. Hide-out: Sandy fringe of coastal reefs, lagoons and seaward slopes in 1-20m. Location: East Indo-West Pacific - Andaman Sea to Vanuatu and Gilbert Is. S.W. Japan to Great Barrier Reef.
