Favourite: Solitary or form groups. Hide-out: Sandy fringe of coastal and lagoon reefs in 2-25m. Frequent silty areas. Location: East Indo-Asian Pacific - Andaman Sea to Solomon Is. and Vanuatu, north to S.W. Japan.
