Don't have tickets to the Black Cat's Big Shoulders Ball, featuring Ted Leo and Andrew Bird among others, or the Rock the Vote Inaugural Gala featuring the Beasties and Sheryl Crow (I know, I'm puzzling over that pairing, too)? Can't brave the crowds on the Mall to see Beyonce, Bruce, Garth, or Bono? You are not out of luck! You can still score tickets to see post-retro rock duo The Raveonettes at the Black Cat on Saturday night.
Feeling the urge to scratch that electronic itch, but couldn't land tix to see Moby at the 9:30 Club on Sunday? You can check out Blowoff, featuring the DJ pairing of (former Hüsker Dü and Sugar frontman) Bob Mould and Richard Morel, at 9:30 on Saturday.
