You know - I'm overweight too. I'm on a quest to become healthier - but the problem is I cook (have you seen my food blog) and I don't think I cook the most healthiest stuff in the world - it's damn sure good tasting...but I'm sure the caloric count could improve.

Keep us abreast on what you're doing to lose weight. I hit the gym three times a week - I went last night and worked out w/a trainer...Olivia - geez!
