LOL... better I scrolled down to read what you wrote... I said... OOOOH, I need that in my garage... and then there was my NAME in LIGHTS! LOL! ROTFL! Do you know me or what! Hope you have a great weekend! Fifi
Would love to see the house if the garage looks this good. I can't seem to get my living room painted and the new ceiling fan installed. I must admit one of the first things my husband did when we moved into our new house was paint the garage. Guys...what planet ARE they from?
This is sooo cool! It reminds me...When we were looking for our home, we came across a house we loved. The only problem was the house (all original from 1930s) had no air conditioning, which is a must where we live. The garage, however, had been completely refurbished, including an elaborate air conditioning system. Apparently the seller was a car enthusiast who wanted to make sure his "babies" were well taken care of. : )
what a fancy garage! i'd love to have one of those...don't know if the hubby would be too keen on chandeliers and such in the garage but hey, we all have to compromise!
You are hilarious! Faeries who pack for you! I didn't have an email for you... so I'm responding to your comment here... I'm so jealous... I would love to take a vacation some where wonderful... too much going on at the moment... so sadly no vacation this summer:(
Love this! I wanted to email you and thank you for your sweet comment. It's rather ironic that you wrote to me tonight, I thought I had you in my blog roll...and I was desperately trying to find your page through comments tonight before you got to me! :) Thanks a bunch.
I found your blog via Little Byrd. I noticed that you listed David Sedaris in your profile as one of your favorite authors. Ha! I just wrote a post not too long about about This American Life and I mentioned Sedaris as well.
You have a nice mix on content on your blog. I like your little artsy finds...

[Image] {RFC_5025, originally uploaded by robcuni.com.}When I first saw this picture on the Flickr homepage (under "Everyone's Uploads") I thought it was a dance studio or a very fancy karate or exercise studio. Then I realized that the contraptions in front of the "paneled" wall were not pilates torture devices but garage door tracks. It's a garage. With chandeliers. And a tin ceiling. And checkered floor that would make Fifi Flowers swoon.
