I am with you though...the grunge look only looks good on these beauties. When I do that I feel I must go mop the floors. Still, I am OK with it only if they picked up their clothes from Good will. I am totally against this fad of paying hundreds of dollars for rags!
There was an article online this week about the poor airbrushing job someone did to Halle Berry on the latest cover of Harper's Bazaar. The writer said the magazine actually managed to make her look worse that what she looks like in real life, sans makeup and lighting. Maybe Halle should work with French Vogue instead?
Now I want the names of their dermatologists, please. :)

I've had a wee girl-crush on her since Braveheart} Ooh la la, ze French, zey are so much more... hmmm, how you say... evolved than the rest us. Exhibit A: The April issue of French Elle. Eight lovely female European celebrities, all sans fards ("without rouge/makeup") and, perhaps even more revealing, all sans le Photoshop.
Granted, these are all amazingly beautiful women, and they are well coiffed and lit, and the photographer was Peter Lindbergh, but still, nary an airbrush in sight and they still look fantastic. My only complaint is why are they all wearing such dowdy clothes? I'm sure they are really expensive tees and sweats, "it's cashmere, darling", etc. but sans fards doesn't have to mean sans style. What do you think?
