Not local. At first I thought it was Sugarloaf, NY (I grew up very near to there - it is an artisan community).

Not local, but I love that ring. I always liked the name Sugar Loaf...it's where we used to go when I lived in Maine. It made me think of white extra sweet gum for some reason.
