Hi Ellie, you're very welcome, and it was nice to see yummy food after a rough night at the emergency room (I'm fine now :)) I'm glad you liked the recipe, it looks so good, I think the combination of poblanos and grilled onions it's just perfect. I will look now in the store for flank steak, because I never seen skirt steak (which I love at the restaurant). And I will also try to make homemade tortillas :) Have a wonderful day!

Mihaela, I am SO glad you are feeling better! Thank you for taking the time to comment and for stoping by...I am hoping you will get back on your feet again after the rough night at the ER.
When you have a chance to try the recipe, I think you will enjoy it.
Flank steak works really, really well. The skirt steak can be quite tough and chewy, especially if overcooked. I think the flank steak is a great alternative....and if you make your own tortillas, it will make it taste even better:).

Thank you, Megi! I hope you enjoy making the flour tortillas...it's fun to experiment with a variety of flours. I really like using spelt, but I am sure you can come up with something better:)

Speranta, Multumesc, mult! Chair cred ca o sa iti placa:)...mai ales daca folosesti tortillas de casa... Multumesc pentru visita...
