This is a great post! I made these yesterday and google searched Pajeon and found your blog. I will try your dipping sauce for sure. I garnished mine with red chili paste mixed with home made plum jam and they were sooo delicious!

I love the sound of your chili paste mix. I never thought of using a sweet chili sauce with the pancakes, but I'm sure they must have been delicious... the homemade jam alone sounds delicious enough:)!
