Came across your blog today doing a search for whole grain bagel recipes, the only one I had was whole grain banana and I didn't want that. I used your regular bagel recipe and substituted some whole wheat flour and YUM!! My girls are so excited and loved helping me make them. They are so good. Now I'm looking through the rest of your blog and can't wait to try some more of your recipes. :) Glad I stumbled upon your blog. :)

Mermaid8mermaid, I should think they should be good for several hours. After that I'm not sure how well the bananas do... especially if they turn brown. I like them frozen, so that is the method I use most. Hope that helps...
