Ah! I remember my Nutella & Banana filled crepe from the crepe stand outside the Jardin de Tuilleries like it was yesterday! I loved Paris and crepe recipes always bring a smile:) I will have to make these for my boyfriend (who took me to Paris) when he gets home! Thank you!

Hi there!

My sister found this website and showed it to me...I am very excited to start cooking from the recipes you have here! I'm actually about to make the crapes :)Anyways, I was wondering if you have a recipe that you can post for placinta (there's another name people use for placinta, but I'm not sure what that is...)cu brinza...or any other filling, but I prefer brinza...I would be extremely happy if you can post one soon! :D God bless and good job!

Gabriela, I am so glad you are enjoying the blog. Hopefully you enjoyed teh crepes as well:). As for teh placinta recipe...I have a banza placinta recipe on the blog entitled "cheese burek"... you will find it un the recipe index or Romanian cuisine section. The placinta is made with phyllo dough. You might want to try that, if you like. It is a favorite at our house!
Thanks for stopping by... really appreciate it.
Have a blessed day!
