I'm not a huge fan of broccoli, but I am eating it now more than I used to. Crispy breadcrumbs will definitely make it more appetizing!

Janel, I, too, am starting to want to eat more broccoli myself. I'm usually not picky when it comes to vegetables. But for some reason, I'd rather buy cauliflower than broccoli. I'm slowly working on integrating broccoli into our meals. With this particular recipe I felt the breadcrumbs almost made me forget I was eating broccoli:).
Thanks for stopping by...

I wasn't a huge fan of broccoli in my teen years, but am enjoying it more and more. Never thought of using panko on it, but it sounds like a great idea.

Anna, The toasted breadcrumbs with that hint of garlic and dried chorizo just added so much flavor to the broccoli.
Toasted breadcrumbs as a topping always adds that extra yummy factor:)... and a great contrasting texture to vegetables. I suppose it's also great on almost everything... including mac and cheese:). Hope you can give it a try one day...
Have a great day!
