Simple & healthy.U use a lot of Kosher saltis there any difference with the regular salt?

Hi Sailaja,
I just fell in love with kosher salt...I love the flavor. Kosher salt is more like flakes...not round and granular like regular salt. You need to use MORE kosher salt for the amounts called for with regular salt. I can sprinkle it on anything and the flakes of salt are not too overpowerful. Plus, it blends better with the food...especially when you want to season chicken,fish or beef. I do however use regular salt when baking. Ellie
