Have you tried freezing these after making them? GF fish sticks would be a big help on a busy night!

Anon, Actually, I did:)! And yes, it's a huge life saver when you need to make a quick dinner. The texture suffers a tiny bit, but it works. I bake them in the toaster oven at 450 deg F until they get nice and crispy... turning once so both sides get crispy. Hope that helps!
