Wow! They look perfect Ellie! I was pretty afraid of making them at home, but seeing how everybody makes them, I said I'm gonna try until I succeed with macarons :) I'm gonna try them today with your ganache cream :)
Great post and I can't wait to see your future macarons!
Have a great week Ellie!

Ellie, your macarons look so delicate and delicious, and coconut and chocolate sounds like a good combination. I've never been to Paris, but when I made macarons it was love at first bite :) I can't wait to make it again, I'll keep in mind your coconut version :) have a wonderful week!

Alina, Sweet of you! I hope you have fun baking the macarons. It's so true...that unless you try, you'll never know:). I really had a ton of fun baking the macarons. Regardless how they come out, they'll still taste great:). Have a lovely week...

Mihaela, If you'd only know that you were the one to finally inspire me to make them:)...so, thank you! I had to stop dragging my feet:). The only thing is, that once you make the first batch...you sort of get hooked on making them:)....

Jennifurla, Thanks so much for your kind comment...means a ton:)!

Megi, You are so kind, thank you. Macarons are definitely worth trying out...i'd do a few things differently next time... bake one tray at a time and not use my convection mode. I'll probably weigh my ingredients as well:)...but they are a lovely treat. Yes, sweet...but once in a while...or as a gift...they are worth making.

Speranta, Multumesc mult...sant bucuroasa ca iti plac retetele. Multumesc pentru vizita...
