Oh Ellie, everything looks delicious! I've never roasted green onions before, but I love roasting peppers, the long ones (I think they're called Anaheim), so flavourful! It must be a treat to have your own green onions, which you planted with your own hands :) I remember doing that at home! Have a great weekend Ellie and thanks for the memories!

Hi Ellie, the sauce looks delicious and the scallions are so pretty, I would love to try out this recipe. By the way, I made your black bean brownies, for the fourth time! They are great, I started substituting agave syrup for the sugar and it works great. Thank you for all these fantastic recipes!

Alina, You know, I didn't used to grill scallions, either...but when you have a few bunches at your disposal....well, they are wonderful experiment with:). I do get a lot of satisfaction from my gardening....I think I must have inherited the trait from my mom:)...I am so glad I brought a little of home for you:). Have a wonderful day!

Reteta-Ina, Oh, cred ca o sa-iti placa daca incerci. Nu este grea de facut si are un gust asa de bun:). Multumesc pentru vizita...

Megi, I really think you will like this sauce...it goes with about everything...I am so glad you are enjoying the black bean brownies:)...I meant to tell you about a chocolate cake made with quinoa, that you might like to try....you can find it here.

I made it recently and thought of you...I changed mine a bit as I used very little butter and cut the sugar amount. But I think you can probably tweak the recipe to your liking...even use some coconut oil.

Anyway, Thought you might like to try it ...if you haven't already:)
