Megan, I've started to love sourdough... Wasn't always a fan. And I think the homemade version isn't so sour as some store-bought versions... at least in my case anyway:). But thanks for stopping by... appreciate it.

Hi,
I just happen to search for "9 or 10 grain sourdough bread and found this sight. Im happy to see bible verses scrolling at the top. That's very healing wisdom for me.
I make plain white sourdough bread. Bread flour, water and salt and sometime some seasonings. A friend likes my white sourdough. He said he likes 9 grain. Well I haven't done much beyond white sourdough. Some wheat but it seemed to get too hard. I mean my white bread I can bend it around a sausage without splitting.
I am willing to try your recipe. new adventures are always good.

Robert, I am so glad you stopped by. Thank you for your kind words.. I sure hope this recipe will be liked as well as your white bread... I hear you about the bending of the bread, unlike all wheat which tends to crumble easily. Maybe this recipe will give you reason to experiment beyond the usual😊. Like you say, new adventures are good... I think it’s fun to try new recipes. It sounds to me like you have a GREAT sourdough recipe in place... maybe you can adjust it to make one that is equally liked! Have fun and enjoy....
