Ellie- I've made this recipe quite a few times and love it. Which is why I recognized the photos when I saw this

Denise, Thanks for letting me know. No, the photos were not used with my permission.

But sadly, I've had many people steal my photos and even my written recipes... some word for word! They copy and paste... all without me giving any permission.

What can I say... we live in a world with plenty of people who love to take credit for something that's not their own.

Thanks for caring though... I really appreciate it!

I have a bag of new potatoes sitting in my fridge - as they have been for a week. I just had no idea what to do with them. I'm going to try this today but I'm thinking butter. I can't think of any reason "why not" butter but feel free to stop me if you think it would be terrible.

Rose, I don't see why butter shouldn't work. I'm thinking they'll mighty delicious with butter:)

Would love to hear how they turned out.

Thanks for stopping by.

I have grown up eating fresh new potatoes. Mashed, cut up and boiled smothered in butter and of course the all time family favorite - with fresh green beans and bacon but I think we now have a new favorite! Crushed New Potatoes!!!! The fact that you can basically individualize the potatoes is why I love it! It gets my two sons and hubby in the kitchen and that's the best! Family time and yummy food - thank you for sharing!
