Speranta, O, este tare buna... cred ca ai putea folosi si cacao, daca nu ai ciocolata. Poate sa adaugi niste ulei cu cacao, ca o pasta... sa inlocuiesti ciocolata in reteta. Dar imi place mult idea cu "cartoful dulce"... plus are si nuci:).

Iti multumesc de vizita, si iti doresc si tie o zi buna!

I've steamed my sweet potatoes and will try it later as now is 3:45 am... Question I don't like the soggy unbake inside shd I just bake till its "done"?

Mae, Yes, you will need to cook longer if you don't like the fudgy interior.... just check on it and remove from oven when you think it's no longer "wet" inside. You may use a toothpick to check and see that there are no moist crumbs.
Ideally this recipe has a moist interior, but I am sure you can cook it longer, if you like. It will probably be more cake-like.

I did bake little longer but still moist but not like gooey ones I used to make..
