You know, I woke up yesterday morning devising how to make just this kind of biscuit (I was thinking about Nice biscuits) and stumbled across this page by chance!! How freaky. But I'm in the UK, do you mind telling me how much your cup of flour weighs? There seems to be a lot of disparity about how much one weighs as everyone measures cups differently! It seems to range from 110g to 140g!

Anon, Thanks for stopping by... yes, the cups measurements do differ slightly. I have the cup measurements in ounces... you will need 5 ounce for 1 cup(about 141 grams) or 10 ounces for the full 2 cups flour required in the recipe.
