I have lived in California for almost nine years and I have yet to set foot on Mexican soil. Lame.

That all changes tomorrow, when Jon and I head to Zihuatanejo for some sun, sand and salsa (the kind you eat, not the kind you dance). We'll be gone for the bulk of the week, so posting will be as dry as, well, I'll let you finish that one for me.

April involves lots o' travel, what with this trip and then a trip to Indianapolis for my best friend's wedding (any dining suggestions would be much appreciated for this one). Then we are off to the OC for Jon's sister's wedding, a monumental event in Jon's opinion because then, he says, "she'll no longer be a virgin." Riiight.

Trust me when I say that the pain you feel over having to wait for Part 3 of El Bulli does not nearly compare to the pain I'm feeling over having to don not one, but two bridesmaid's dresses inside of a month. And trust me again when I say that Part 3 is the highest blogging priority on my list right now.

Now if you'll excuse me, I must go pack some sunscreen for my lily white ass.
