"That woman" may be wrong, but it is because of information I was given by *your* servers. Don't start throwing me under the bus because you've failed to train your staff properly. I stand behind my original comments, and have witnesses to boot. Also, I wrote the freakin' book on local and therefore listen very carefully when I'm informed of where things come from.

And this is just my opinion, but you are more likely to endear yourself to your staff, your customers and the media alike when you respond graciously and calmly instead of going all bitchcakes on everyone.
