I'm off on the annual 4th of July trip to the in-laws' cabin in backwoods Minnesota. It promises to be really fucking hot with a shitload of mosquitoes. There will, however, be S'mores so I'll be all good. I may live on those damn things for 5 days considering the culinary wasteland that is backwoods Minnesota (and before you city freaks get all up in my grill, there is a big fucking difference between the fabulousness of Minneapolis/St. Paul and the "town" that we are going to an hour and half north of those cities).

Happy Independence Day to everyone (hmmm...I wonder what they are going to start calling this holiday in another year or two when we've completely lost all of our fucking rights, but I digress).

And go see Ratatouille. It's great.
